Firstly I was truly amazed to find that it was possible to find a replacement Waste Disposal Unit that would fit the existing sink, in terms of size and outlets as my old one was almost 40 years of age and simply by "Googleing" I came up on your web site and telephoned you. You immediately found a solution - I duly ordered a replacement unit which arrived the next morning. Fitting it was just as you said, very straight forward, in fact as the old one had been undisturbed for close on 40 years, that took a little more time, but never the less, it all works and there are no leaks! The gentleman I spoke to knew exactly what I wanted, that it was in stock and that it would be delivered the following day. This seemed too good to be true, but it wasn't. I `phoned your company for advice and was inspired to deliver the mixer in person the next day from Sheffield, so helpful was the young man on the telephone. Upon arrival, the machine was quickly taken apart and the fault found. I accepted the repair estimate and within a week of it breaking down, my mixer has arrived back at my home via courier!
